You can have a look at this video. The main difference is that psychiatrist can prescribe medication while Clinical Psychologist cannot. Clinical Psychologist is mainly trained in conducting assessment and diagnosis.
The main difference between counselor and clin. Psych is that counselor handle cases that is more related to daily life issues whereas Clinical Psychologist handle more clinical population. Clinical Psychologist is trained in assessment, psychotherapy and diagnosis, whereas counselor is trained in counselling approaches or certain psychotherapy modalities.
